All training materials, venue bookings & various office bookings were handled by Brainwave IT to ensure that all Sanlam personnel were trained according to the Desktop Strategy Implementation guidelines.

The Headquarters staff in Bellville was trained from September 2006 to July 2007, while the regions (other main centres Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, etc) was trained from August 2007 to July 2008.

The major centres were visited & taken through the new guidelines, while smaller towns were serviced by means of an audio recording & assisted by technical staff.
